    never leave crickets in the tank too long! they will bite up your baby in their sleep. after 15 minutes after feeding the crickets, take out the extra crickets from the tank. they can climb, and i doubt he would have been scared, maybe he is just a shy guy

    yeah, fleece works perfectly, but be warned, you may want a spare blanket in case your beardie soils it and it needs to go through the wash

    Heating Issue: you know those pads that hunters put in their gloves and boots in the winter? Well wrap it in fleece so it is not too hot and put it by the beardie. Mine loves it and it is easier than having the basking lamp.

    heck i do it all the time. go to petco and buy a ferret travel case, and then sneak into the hotel. bring papeer towel and meal worms work well to take with. mine loves to bask on the dash. get a leash.
