I can't afford to get what I need for the new tank, I know what I need but can't afford it. So I wanted to know. I understand the dangers, the primary one being the basking spot since I feed them separately.

thank you but and I understand that they are solitary animals and have no set dominent one but even in these cases one dominants the other one in territory, the ability to scare away competion would make one more dominant than the other, and as for their size ones longer but the other is wider...

My beardie was continuosly scratcthing at the tile, She/he is 1 yr old. I went to check on them and noticed that she was standing on the tile scrathcing at it, then she/he would occasionally look up at me the continued scratching the tile. So why did she suddenly start doing this?

how do you know which is beardie is the alpha?

Mine eat a few hours after they wake up and a few hours before bedtime, they also eat greens between these times. As for their size I am not sure. The Puffing out could have been a sudden movement or something that starled him/her. And The number of dragons may affect the feeding, occassionaly...

Not that is is going to be a good answer but I hear they eat less when they get older but I think that is for insects. However maybe it works a bit for greens too.
