Is there a solution I can use to clean my tank. I clean it with water about every other day (I have a paper towel substrate, so I'm sure you understand why) but I feel like I should disinfect it. Are any chemicals safe?

Do most breeders still ship in the winter?

I was under the impression that the UVB light would be fine on top of my screen. However, I've started to second guess that. Does anyone know? Should it be inside the tank? Thanks!
