you need a probe thermometer those dial ones are inacurate. also can you take back that reptisun bulb? you need the tube version and 10.0 would be best. you also want both the lights on the same side so the beardie can bask in both.

I use a .50 cent bulb from walmart, works just the same

Did you inform the store owner about this? Sometimes it helps sometimes not but its better to say something than do nothing.
