Hi, I noticed the round gauge thermometer in the tank. Are you using anything other than that to monitor the temps? The gauges are very inaccurate & can be 20 degrees off.

You've been given some great suggestions. :) Would recommend "not" misting inside the tank anymore, it causes humidity spikes which can lead to an upper respiratory infection.

Vets can numb them before unclogging them. I have used this product on my males' pores and my vet has also recommended it. It softens them up then when they rub on a log, etc they loosen right up.

You should never squeeze the pores, it's very painful for them and leaves open holes that can become infected easily. Can you share a few pics of the way the pores look now as well as of the way he's holding his legs?

Yes you could certainly put a blanket over the area of his while she's out & about could help. I do that with one of my adult males so he doesn't cause a big commotion.

Hi, since a parasite infestation can mimic brumation, it would be a good idea to take a poop sample to be tested right away so it can be ruled out. If they have parasites and aren't treated, it can make them terribly sick since they drain their whole system.
