I placed an order with them on the 2nd and after a week I tried contacting them about never getting a notice of shipment. So I started to email and call them. Emails never get responded too...and phone calls to the manager and Bob's personal phone just go to voicemail, which their boxes are full...

So when ever we take Norbert outside, he seems to get upset if you approach him. This is the most upset (bearding) I have seen him though, yet his beard never turns black, like others I have seen. Is is possible that his beard will never turn fully black, and he just shows more of it than others?
