his feet arnt burned his sex organs fixed themself his feet are black b/c bad circulation and he didnt think he was dehidrated

hes around 10 there was nothing wrong with him the vet thought his sex organs got stuck

I went to the vet his feet arnt burnt they have poor circulation because hes old and things are gone when i went so im emailing the photo

i never knew they could get burn from the heat rock he lives on that thing :( i just unplugged it he alwees has lots of food and water ill see what the vet say thanks for all the help what should i do about the heat rock?
