my beardie just threw up and he keeps flinging his head around! what am i supposed to do? he just drank a lot of water...could that be whats why he threw up??

i just got my beardie today and im not sure what kind of lighting im supposed to use... im reading about uvb and basking lights on here, but what exactly do i need to get him? my tank is 25 gallons and right now im using a 100 watt basking light...is that too much?

just wondering why beardies open their mouths...i just got him today and he seems to be doing it a lot...but other than that he seems fine
