My dubia roaches are super soft because lately I've been feeding only veggies. My reptiles love them. And I dont see any differences in size when I was feed them dog food also. They grow to the same size...may be even bigger.

I measure my female today and the only dragon I have, and she measure about 19 maybe 20 inches long from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail. Do anybody female grow this big. My seem to grow quite fast, and I don't think she is even fully grown yet.

Yes, as the title stated, i want to know how I would go about giving dubia roach water. I've been giving them fresh greens and veggies everyday for moisture and so far they are doing fine. Will this work or do I need the water crystals?
