basicly my adult male beardie is always aloud to roam free in my room with the door closed and always like to sit in the same spot when he is out would it be ok to let him stay where he is untill he wants to move back in on his own (overnight) or should i just put him back and play it safe?

hey i got a colony of stick insects from my friend (about 38 in total) and he said they could be used as a feeder for the beardies .... just wanted to ask other peoples views and to double check its ok to feed stick insects i wont be using only stick insects as a feeder and you probs know...

yeh everyone says dont house any 2 together but male n female is fine if they take to each other but 2 males is just stupid ... you see males of any kind compete in the wild ... so yeh thats pretty obvious

my beardie does this all the time in my room where the lamp is ... she runs along and sees the shadow of her tail and stops for a look then goes on a bit more to see her shadow again .... stopping to look each time when she runs the other way and cant see any shadows ... she doesnt even bother...

hey ive had my female for a while now and just got a new male last night and for now they are in the same viv .... the male is head bobbing like mad (witch i exspect from him being male and dominant) but there seems to be a few confrontations (witch i have quickly stopped) but they sleeped well...

should i be replacing the sand in my viv ???? i clean it out regulary but should there be any renewal to the sand???

is it a smart idea to put a hotwater bottle in my beardies tank at night to keep her warm at night ... as it is gettin to winter and living in scotland is pretty cold for some people i was wonderin if it was a good idea to pop one in over night or is this a bad idea???
