what does brumate mean?

I have a 3 year old beardie and she's being a real pain to eat veggies mostly but lately worms too...I went to the pet shop today and the girl mentioned there that mites can affect their eating habits....so how do I know if she has them and what do I do if she does and do they affect me in anyway?

Mid tank the temp id about 80-85 degrees...my good thermometer broke and haven't gotton a new yet so can't really get you an accurate temp...could have benn poo even if all I saw was worms and what looked like saliva?
