Amazon is a good option. You can also go to organic stores to get bee pollen. Just get it in powder form and sprinkle a little on the food.

    shaking/jolting

Vet appointments are good. Even if the legs are not an issue, it's good to see if they are healthy and don't have any other issues.

    shaking/jolting

Yeah that's weird. Post a video tommorow and people will most likely be able to figure it out for you.

    shaking/jolting

Yes, if they are a baby then they should get a bit more of it. I'm not really sure about him flicking his legs, but I have seen my lizard stretch them, so I thought I might have some advice if that was the case.

    shaking/jolting

Is it inside the tank or outside. Also, 5x a week is alot of calcium for a beardie. 2-3 times is alot better. Is it look like they are stretching/flicking something off legs or is it a shaking?

What type of UVB do you have? Is it a coil or a tube?

    Better basking option?

Yes, that includes parts of the cold side and shaded areas. But as someone who as actually tried to put up a large hammock, it shades the entire tank.

    Taking Rocky out...

Same thing here. I've had professionals tell me that they are filthy with salmonella and they can get you sick. Yes, they have it in their poo, but all animals do. If I believed him I would have been in so much trouble😂

    Better basking option?

Yes, hides block uvb, but if you are using a large hammock in their cage, it is going to shade the bottom floor of the tank. Meaning, they would only get their uvb from the upper layer, which isn't a good thing. They should be getting full ubv from everywhere in their tank, exept small spots...

    Taking Rocky out...

Haha don't fall for some of the rumors like I did. Someone told me they can cause hair loss! Definitely not true!

    Better basking option?

Just make sure the uvb isn't being blocked on the bottom. I tried this idea too and it blocked the uvb from reaching the bottom, so I had to scrap it. It there is shadow on the bottom floor from the ramp, then it's not the best idea for this enclosure. Otherwise, sounds like it's gonna be...

    5.5 month old not eating

My beardie stopped eating and moving much. I thought it was brumation but it didn't seem right. So I took her to the vet and it was a respiratory infection. A little bit of help later and she is the healthiest beardie you could imagine. From my experience, if you deep down know they need to go...

    Heating in tank?

Ok. Her basking-warm side temps were around 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Should I get a 150 watt bulb?

    Heating in tank?

Hello! I just got a 120 gallon tank for my bearded dragon. I'm currently using a 100 watt bulb, but I think I need more heat. Should I be using a 150 watt bulb? I heard this can give them sunburns or burn them. Any ideas?

    Bioactive enclosure?

I'm planning on turning my beardies tank to a bioactive enclosure. Is this a good idea? Also, what is the best substrate to use? I heard that Bio Dude has some good substrates, but I'm sure there is a D.I.Y option as well. Any ideas? Its a PVC tank I got from Zen Habitats, and its the 4x2x2(120...

    Tips on selling enclosures?

I'm planning on buying a bigger enclosure for my beardie. I need to sell the one she's in. Any tips on selling enclosures? Also, where is the best place to sell them online?(I'm thinking Facebook marketplace, but I could be mistaken) It's in VERY good condition and has no damage to any of the...

    stressed beardie

Yes, shedding can be very stressful for beardies. Make sure to give her warm baths to help her shed. Never pick the shed off, let it fall on its own. I would give her a few days to get the shed off. If she is still stressed after shedding, I would check back.

    beardie not wanting to eat!!!

    beardie not wanting to eat!!!

Ok, so my beardie won't eat much food. She is only eating occasionally and I'm worried for her. She only eats moving bugs and blueberries every once and a while. She also hasn't pooped in a while(from not eating). What do I do? I've tried bee pollen, moving the food around, I've even tried hand...
