thanks! is there anything you recommend? so many different opinions it seems.

First time making a background used drylock and painted with quikrete liquid concrete color. Basically mixed a little drylok and the color to paint with. It's all dry but when I run my fingers on it it stains my hand. I don't want my beardie to stain. What can I do next?
