My dragon has a dent on the tip of his mouth and it’s been collecting what I assume is dirt. I’ve been trying to clean it whenever he bathes but have turned up empty handed. Any good way to clean this?

My dragon is in the middle of shedding and I found that after he shed his left leg, there was this deformed scale. It seems to be a very circular dent and It’s probably nothing but I just wanted to ask around to see if anyone has seen this before and what it means if anything?

He (turns out he’s actually a boy!) stopped doing it after a while. So I don’t think it’s a problem but all beardies are different so just keep an eye on em. Most likely it’s an itch or something.
