    Witblits babies hatching!

Yes I ahve seen that silver dragon from Ruling reptiles. Realy pretty dragon that! They are thinking of breeding it with a witblits. We don't think it is the same trait though. Still worth the breeding effort... The original breeding pair is 'normal' in the sense that they look normal, but they...

    Witblits babies hatching!

It is very expensive to export! The whole story will cost around 1000-2000 USD. This is the absolute maximum! That then includes all the export (permits, vet checks, crates, flights, agent etc) and import costs (agent, vet checks, customs inspection etc). It is quite a prosess that takes about a...

    Witblits babies hatching!

I have decided I will do more posts since most of you are actualy keen to learn more. OK so the 'original' pairing (as I will refer to as the 'witblits parents')is two fairly 'normal' beardeds that produced the witblits babies. These two are 'normal' in the sense that they look like fairly...

    Witblits babies hatching!

Hey guys. I just want to appologise to the people that are upset about my posts! My intention was not to start a huge debate here but merely to try and educate you guys more about this morph. I am not going to make any more posts here bacause several people have made this a personal thing. If...

    Witblits babies hatching!

Yes I must say it is spiralling a bit.... It is quite hard to say I am "just breeding them for the money" Brian. I love my animals. Otherwise I would not have had them for 7 years (beardies only). Got my first reptile when I was 6 (19 years ago...) Oh I think I love them. Oh then there is also...

    Witblits babies hatching!

Ok let me respond to some questions or comments like this: Yes the ones for sale this year is 4-5k. This is beacause there are only a very small number of these in the world. Just like is said here: Thanks for the help... The reason (this is what i think, but only speculation) that the price...

    Witblits babies hatching!

No they were not lower quality. We only sell top quality dragons. But the ones shipped to the states were not as white as the ones that I kept back for future breeders. That is quite obvious right. A breeder always selects the best then sells the excess. You guys do the same. Have a look at the...

    Witblits babies hatching!

Yes they do have colour. Otherwise they would be tranparent... Jokes. When they are born they have a 'alien' look as described. Just because it doesn't look right. They are silvery-grey when born then after a couple of days either stay greyish or turn white. The white ones are the favourite and...

    Witblits babies hatching!

They are not rankins. They are 'normal' beardies, P. vitticeps. The other difference between these and leucistics are the size and growth. Leucistic dragons grow much quicker and larger than these.

    Witblits babies hatching!

Hi. Look at our site for more info on them and some pics. Will add pics of the ones for sale soon. Yes there are a couple of them in the states. Only three males though. So it will be a while before they are available in the states. We are only selling another 6 this year. Most of them likely...

    Superfecundation

In the true sense of the word, has anyone ever heard of, or know of superfecundation in bearded dragons? It makes perfectly sense that this phenomenon should exist in them, i just can't find any scientific data on it. thanks (with true superfecundation I mean a female being mated with several...
