Thanks so much for the info about the honey. Should I put a little Neosporin on it as well? Like the kind of neosporin that doesn't have pain killers in it, or will the honey be fine? I can't even imagine what her previous living conditions were like :( I'm hoping I can get her into better shape.

Yes, she was kept with a male and actually had a pretty big clutch of eggs right before I got her. The previous owner just threw the eggs away. He said that he decided to separate her and the male because he was attacking her. Would the yellow be scar tissue?
