    Eye concern

Hello there, I have noticed a slight white crust on my bearded dragon’s eyes. I haven’t seen any wet discharge or swelling. Otherwise he seems to be behaving normally. Is this reason for concern? Thank you, Juliana

    Help with enclosure

That’s not a bad idea! Thank you..I’ll think how that could work... At the moment, with the Covid situation, we are a lot more at home and can let him out fairly often. But once I’m back to work, which looks like soon, I won’t be able to keep an eye on him. In fact, with the amount of uvb he...

    Help with enclosure

Karrie, I’m not familiar with measuring in gallons but from a quick google search I think it’s closer to a 50 gallons one.

    Help with enclosure

I was thinking 86cm width by 49cm depth and 55cm height... more or less. Would that be big enough for an adult?

    Help with enclosure

I live in England...my living room has a chimney breast and some spare wall space on either sides...but not enough space for 4ft tank. I could put it in the dining room but, in the winter, it gets really cold in there. We have other rooms but we don’t use them very often and I didn’t want him to...

    Help with enclosure

Hello there... I’m considering getting a new tank/enclosure for my bearded dragon. I currently have a 3ft one but I feel he has outgrown it now that he is 1 year old. For many reasons, I don’t think he looks too happy in there...he constantly wants to come out. I know that the recommended size...

    Beardie not interested in food

I do have a uvb light bulb and a digital thermostat...although there are also some stick on thermometers too. I can’t buy the tube light that you recommend because the tank doesn’t have fixings for it. And I’m not in the States. I’m considering getting another tank as I think this is the only...

    Beardie not interested in food

The temperature is measured by a digital thermometer. It’s kept between 31 and 32 degrees centigrade. My uvb is a bulb. He always lived in these conditions and, until a few weeks ago, he was doing well.. I’ll send a picture of him shortly.. Thank you Juliana

    Beardie not interested in food

Hi there...my bearded dragon is only eating the bare minimum. He used to love his salad (although only greens), locusts and wax worms. Never really touched anything else. Now, he eats a couple of bits of salad and maybe one or two locusts. He also hasn’t shedded in months..apart from one of his...
