Hi everyone. Iv read similar threads but just to clarify for my piece of mind.....is it normal for bearded dragons to turn almost white while asleep at night? Spikes colour difference is drastic it doesnt even look like him at all then looks his usual self when gets up in the morning.

Any reason in particular? ?

So Iv officially had my first bearded dragon bite. Hand feeding spike a little bit of fruit and he bit the side of my hand while trying to get a piece of apple.....oh my god it really hurt! Wasnt expecting that haha!

I feed him salad every morn then he has little bit hand fed at lunch time and I put fresh salad in at teatime. I give him few locusts every other day, little bit of fruit every couple days...

Hi if had my bearded dragon a week now and I'm concerned about how close the UVB bulb is to him. I'm worried about his eyes or that he might get burnt as he can touch it. He came with the vivarium so that is the way it was set up but I had bought all new bulbs. The UVB bulb is only 5 and a half...
