So i recently noticed that my bearded dragons eye looks off. One of his eyes looks a but pushed in and like its below his eye socket a bit. Also that eye seems very watery. What should I do?

Yesterday I noticed that my male bearded dragon had white spots on his thighs and head, hes been shedding recently but these white spots seen to be on his skin. I can't afford to take him to the vet, and I don't know what to do. Also I don't know how to add an image. He is very active and eats well.
