UPDATE. I think he honestly got tired of the roaches. I put crickets in there and currently he is eating them all up. I’m definitely gonna still change his lighting and setup but I’m just so thankful he’s eating! Thanks again everyone.

Ok will definitely get that UV bulb replaced thank you! The surface temp may be hotter than that only because I’m reading it off of a gauge near it I havent tried a temp gun. The lack of eating has only been recent.
