theres little black spots on the outside of his mouth, is this normal?? he just shed around his mouth.

It went great! He gained some weight (which is good because he was underweight) and the vet pulled out a big seminal plug!

I had him soaking for awhile and didnt seem to help. I will try again when I get home from work. he does have a vet appt tomorrow morning. he seems to be acting normal.
