Advice? Laid another egg and I'm going away

Just adding that since the initial egg laying a few weeks ago she has been eating well. She didn't eat much for the first few days after laying but her appetite improved.

Advice? Laid another egg and I'm going away

Thanks Tracie! She did lay 18 eggs last night and stayed in the box all night (her choice- it is in her enclosure) She woke up this morning and ate one bite of food. She's basking now--and filthy! LOL! She needs a bath but my son wants to give her time to relax and warm up. My husband will be...

Advice? Laid another egg and I'm going away

She's back in there digging again. I so hope that she lays her eggs so I don't worry while away. This girl unexpectedly stole my heart-and I feel like she's my newest newborn babe!

Advice? Laid another egg and I'm going away

Hi all, We recently adopted a 4 year old beardie and to our surprise began laying eggs a few days after we got her. We thankfully got that sorted out and she laid a bunch of eggs in the lay box in her enclosure- she was REALLY ready and dove right in and layed a few hours after putting it in her...

    please help re: Dubias

Yes- we are actually using dubiaroaches.com I have been so happy with them so far (I've ordered three times so far in all of my ignorance- lol) Okay so next time the 1.25 inch size? Will they grow much if I order a month's supply? How many (ballpark) might she need a week?

    please help re: Dubias

I'm sorry I forgot to add about the salad- I would say she eats about 1/4 to 1/3 cup a day loosely packed. We make her about 1/2 cup chopped kale/collards loosely packed and a few cubes butternut squash and she never finishes it.

    please help re: Dubias

Please please help save me from endless research? :help: We recently adopted a 4 year old female beardie. The space between her eyes is one inch. I'm wondering how many dubias I can expect her to eat in a week? I know it varies- I just want to make sure I am not underfeeding her. The last...

    inexpensive ideas for climbing?

I'd love to create some vertical space for our girl Thorne- like a loft/2nd floor. What wood would be best for this? Any other ideas of getting creative with safe stuff that can be found around the house? Thanks!

    Basking spot help

I'm hoping that a few of you might chime in with specific bulbs that you use from the hardware store for basking/heat? My son's dragon's bulb burned out and we had a spare 100w to use today but it was a bit too hot for her. We just got (adopted) the beardie last week and I have spent a fortune...

    Sunblaster reflector

Is there a good place to get one at a good price? Do I actually need one? We adopted our beardie and she came with the light and a t5 but no reflector. It looks like it's 22 inches. Thanks!
