Can i use a chlorhexidine 2% solution diluted with water to disinfect a styrofoam back wall?

Hi, it's me again 😅 I wanted to deep clean and disinfect my buddies enclosure, since the vet found a few worm eggs in his poop. The question is, can I use chlorhexidine to clean his backwall and his logs? Since it's made out of styrofoam, I figured that I can't use a normal disinfectant...

Bearded Dragon really lethargic for a while now

Well momentarily he just hides on the upper left platform- he doesn't get much light at all, that's why I was worried. I can try to let it down to get the perfect distance to the basking spot and the rest of the tank, but I fear that he won't really get down from his platform. I'll try to...

Bearded Dragon really lethargic for a while now

I'll try that, I'll attach a picture for you to see the colors of the light, I'm not really sure how to describe the color. I'm interested tho, what's wrong with the yellowish light? I thought it's more like sunlight than a bright white :(

Ah I forgot, the bulbs are both about two months old because I had to replace them. The old ones were about 5 months old.

Bearded Dragon really lethargic for a while now

It's about 19 inches from the basking spot, he has several higher spots that are a little closer to the uvb tho. I'll see what I can do to get the basking spot a little higher up. The basking spot is a warmer light, more yellowish, not bright white.

Bearded Dragon really lethargic for a while now

Hey guys, I'm having a little trouble with my beardie Patches. He's about 15ish months I think. I've had him for 6 months now, and since August he started being very lethargic and sluggish. ( I already have a vet appointment next Thursday, I just wish for a little help from some experienced...

Help! Beardie ate a dried up poinsettia leaf!

I really need your help, it's Sunday and vets are closed! My bearded ate a dried up poinsettia leaf which I didn't see while he was basking on our windowsill. The plant isn't near him, the leaf must've fell down and got there somehow. I'm really worried now, it was already dried up and not...

    Bearded dragon has diarrhea?

Yup there's one on the left, but I only use that for measuring humidity :) you can see the probe hanging where the fake plant is, I use that to monitor the overall temperature and a temperature gun to have exact temperatures (also for humans but it has an extra setting for surface temps.) Fresh...

    Bearded dragon has diarrhea?

No I didn't give him any fruits yet, but maybe a little too much red bell pepper. But I cut that out as I saw the runny poop because I thought maybe that would be the problem...he still had runny poop after tho. I feed him chicory, endive, romaine salad and the occasional carrot shavings.

    Bearded dragon has diarrhea?

I take Temps with a digital probe thermometer and I have a temp gun which I use to have the exact Temps in a specific spot. I also have a digital stick on but I only use that to monitor humidity. He spends alot of time climbing around and sitting on the back wall and the distance to his...

    Bearded dragon has diarrhea?

He's eating chicory and romaine salad with the occasional carrots shavings and bell pepper(cut that out the last few days because I thought that I might gave him too much which caused the upset stomach). Sometimes he also gets a little basil (he loves that.) Every two days he gets about 20 mid...

    Bearded dragon has diarrhea?

Hey everyone! I know that this topic has been discussed often but I'm just too worried about it. My male beardie Patches seems to be having diarrhea of some sort. He poops every 2-4 days. I've only had him for a little over a week now, so I don't know if I'm worrying too much and that it could...
