    Enclosure hiding issues

Thank you for this feedback, I've had this setup since end of January, initially at 109, did find it was too hot for him with the slate at that temp, got it down to 105 and he seemed comfortable with that for the past 4+ months, only a few weeks ago did he start looking to hide, have found these...

    Enclosure hiding issues

Hi @KarrieRee This is the pangeareptile Halogen Heat Lamp bulb (on dimmer) that I'm using, this is not coil, right? The basking temp is taken using this Helect Infrared Digital Laser Temperature Gun that I hold about 2 to 3 inches from the slate to measure.

    Enclosure hiding issues

Posting to see if my setup might be an issue. Wondering if anyone has any comments why my 9 month male beardie Rowan will bask for about an 1 to 2 hours after he wakes up , then will go down to the floor, he will go down to the floor level and sit observing for 10-20 mins, sometimes poop, then...

What's the name of your beardie(s) and the meaning behind it?

My boy is named Rowan , an anglicized version of the Irish male name Rúadhán, from the Gaelic word for “red-haired” or “little red one”

Considering rehoming - emotional health issues - Southern California

It has taken a while to and it pains me to write this. I have a beautiful well cared for male 9 month old bearded dragon named Rowan. Rowan tested positive for Atadenovirus and Coccidia back in January, with a lot of routine cleaning using products from bug-de-lite, the coccidia has all cleared...

    Weird mouth shutter behavior

Tracie, thank you @Drache613 . The vet she looked at the mouth spasm videos and showed to other vet techs also, she does not know what it is. Unfortunately I can't remember exactly when it started exactly, but it was sometime during or towards the end of the last treatment for the URI, the...

8 month male will only eat butter worms & hornworms

@Phoenix1981 Adding a photo of the slurry, its more of a pickup when dehydrated but could be added to greens too. No bugs blended, I did try that one time with crickets and dubia roaches and it did not come out good, might have bene how I did it but I didn't try again, kind of nasty and not...
