the problem is I dont have enough money to take him to the vet. only about 2 -3 centimeter of his tail has rotted. and i was wondering if peroxide might stop the spread of infection or would it worsen it?

my beardies tail is turning balck, i know i have to cut it off, but how do i stop the bleeding?
