Ok. Do you have any advice with how to get them outside as juveniles? I tried a smaller terrarium and put him out in the sun with some water and a bit of shade, but his whole tummy went a vivid stripy and he was trying to jump out and he wouldn't bask like I was hoping him too.

I understand. I did my research before getting Elliot, metabolic bone disease is so sad. Those poor animals. I’m just not sure how this isn’t the right bulb as it seems to be allowing him to bask and has enough heat.

Thanks for replying so quickly 😀 I have a heat cage in there with a non-light bulb. It’s putting of a decent amount of heat, around 35-40. Then I have a UV bulb just on top of the mesh, a stick just underneath that so he can bask.
