    hand feeding dependant

    I put my beardie in a shoe box ( he's 4-5 mths), and then drop in dusted crickets from plastic bag. anything he doesn't eat goes back into the cricket home. usually count while he laps them up, bl 8)

    Going Out Of Town????

    I put mine in a bird cage, with a hammock (made from window screen) and it has a fake basking tree in it. Take his light and if at the beach he goes outside with me in his cage to get his uv rays. Take his veggies and crickets in separate container. Rhys is only 4-5 months so he does well...

    thanks for the response, yes he/she has an outdoor cage as well with screen and wire, while i closely observe. I noticed the one response from pembroke pines, my daughter used to play softball there for college scouts until her pitching arm blew out, now i get to do beardies, :lol: bl

    You know you're living with beardies when...

    when you sit outside on screen porch with new beardie at 90deg at 6 pm for you not the dragon, excited they are on their hammock, Barbara that is amazing with Zac and Wheezie and their birthday congrat Beachlizard and Elizabeth (Izzi)
