He's been doing this like all day

I feed him 3 super worms (for now) a day excluding weekends, collard greens and squash daily (he barely touches his greens)

Frankie has been stressed (window surfing and has stress marks) and the last couple of poops have been like in the photo I thought it could be the relocation and shedding but it's been 3 weeks now and he is still surfing and still shedding. (His temps are good, and his uvb should be good)

he's still doing it and I can't figure out why

could this be the reason he's stressed (IE window surfing)?

Got some up-close photos of Frankie and I noticed the spot on his back. Also, the back of his neck sometimes appears to be green or orange and I can't tell if it's the lighting in his tank.

So I got Frankies temps about perfect (95-110F basking spot, 75-85F cold side) so I'm curious about his diet now. I got him on super worms right now, 3 a day excluding weekends, and he gets collard greens and squash salad daily. I also give him calcium with d3, 3 times a week, and sprinkle...

The heat lamp. Is 100-110F too hot?

The temps I've posted above are the current temps and I've been told previously they were good, do I need to move the lamp higher? Also, the UVB is an Reptisun 10 T 5. Yes, the basking rock is under the lamp, the only other thing he's doing than surfing is basking.

Upgraded my setup yesterday wanted to get him a bigger tank here it is now temps are more or less perfect my room gets a bit hot if my PC is on so I keep a window fan goin to get the temps back down
