I don't own a dragon yet so the move won't be the issue haha, its more do I wait until after construction to find one or is it safe to find one prior to construction. At this time I'm just acquiring the pieces for putting an enclosure together with plans towards getting one after the move.

I'm looking at moving soon and making a few improvements on the new place as well, my question is will construction (ie removing walls, typical construction sounds, paint smell) be harmful to a dragon? Not entirely sure how sensitive they are to sounds and smells, the construction and painting...

I saw a post on here about leaping lizards being pretty reputable but as for Oddball I've only seen the website which looks pretty well put together.

So I imagine if it was swapped out regularly it wouldn't become too much of a problem then.

After doing some looking around I saw that bird millet can be used as a suitable substrate, does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this?

Can you make any recommendations on the Oddball pet factory or Leaping Lizards?

Any advice on shops in the area? Do we have a page set up for listing reptile specialty shops besides the typical Petsmart or Petco? Just looking for a general supply store or possibly a shop to adopt from in the future. I currently live near the Hudson, WI area though St Paul, MN is not too...

Just the basics to get started such as lighting, feeding, and tank set up materials. I probably would have gone to Petsmart or petco otherwise but st paul is a good as I drive there for work. As for the cleaning supplies I appreciate your input Cooper and I'll look into that.

Can anyone advise a good supply shop either online or in the MN/Wi area for setting up a terrarium? and got a used terrarium so to clean it should I use hot water or are there any cleaners that are safe to use?
