Thank you, and yeah the vet did a culture but only cause I requested it (I worry to much about this little guy lol). However, he didn't take a skin scrap but just took some of the scales that had fallen off already. So he wasn't possibly hurt that way.

Yeah that may be it. Here's some more pics, close up one as well. They're a bit more yellow since I put the aloe on them just cause that's the color of the gel. Also he's just waking up so he's a little dark.
