i used bottom heat at 95 and they thrived and i switched to top heat and they slowed down...so back to bottom heat. but what ever works i guess! lol!

yeah mine are at the 95 range also. i have about a 5/1 ratio goin right now. it seems to be pretty good. what i have kinda seen is when a male and a female start to mate all the males are attracted to that activity.. and then it becomes a competition for the female....i think havin too many...

if i want my roaches to have fruit i will just take a banana and cut it in half longways and leave it in the peel. they cant drag it away and it doesnt leave any slimy stuff behind and they LOVE them!!! just remove the peel when they have stripped it bare. which usually doesnt take long! loL...

no you are right on with that move. i feed off some of my males and my colony exploded! i think when you have too many males it makes for too much competition for food and mating. i have about a 4/1-5/1 ratio in my colony at the moment.

what i would do about getting rid of all the plugs i would just run your lights to a box for a house hold light switch. you could have a double switch and have one be night and one be day/UV. That way you could switch day off and night on or the other way around and you wont ever have to unplug...
