So, just now, my compact UVB bulb broke. It made a short buzzing sound then randomly stopped working. Luckily, I had ordered a linear 10.0 UVB light, but the only con is that it comes either Saturday or Sunday. So I'm wondering can my bearded dragon survive until then?

I only have dubia roaches and mealworms, I have to expand my variety of meals for him. Also quick question, is a T5 HO 10.0 "24 UVB bulb good enough for him?

And just to clarify the UVB Lights also produce some UVA as-well. Just the vice versa.

So get a separate UVA (basking bulb) and UVB bulbs? (and also yes please enlighten me on diets. i have 500 mealworms in my freezer as of now)

The MVB bulbs dispense both UVB and UVA, there are bulbs that dispense UVB, and the basking lights that dispense UVA? And MVBs are basically just UVA bulbs that dispense a little bit of UVB?

Okay understood. Last question though, I see some bulbs that advertise as UVB AND UVA. Why not get that instead of two lamps, or am I not reading things correctly.

It is a 40 gallon tank. The left dome is the UVB, right dome is the basking bulb (UVA). What do you mean no screen?

Oh no, I must've made a mistake, they're both different bulbs. The one on the left being the UVB and the one on the right being the UVA

And just to make sure, you keep both on for around 12 hours, and turn both off for 12 hours or is it something different? I know you're not supposed to keep the lights on for 24 hours though. The pic posted is not my tank, but I can post it:
