I cut out a piece of linoleum and fit it in the bin... My foster is doing well in her bin. However, Sydney is blackbearding BIG TIME. Megaray mvb, lots of space, veggies, crickets, temps are close. Just relocation stress, I'm thinking? He isn't eating right now either.

Stargazing, twisting body, and mouth open!!

Disagreed - I do not see any enlarged pre-femoral glands there. Males have enlarged ones, females do not

    Christmas Travels

I transport my foster beardie to school every Monday morning and home every Friday afternoon. I have a nice, very warm Northface winter jacket that I wear, put her on my chest (so she is covered with my body heat) and warm up the car ahead of time. She has been perfectly fine with that, even...

    Leaving front enclosure open?

Off topic from your question, but I wouldn't keep the tank near any windows. It can really mess with your temps (solar radiation, drafts, etc). As long as you are not falling asleep with her nearby or presenting any danger, an hour or two should not hurt anything.

Husbandry, Diseases, and Veterinary Care of the Bearded Drag

Yeah, you're right. The part about common diseases is interesting though and good information. I assume that this is peer-reviewed stuff

Yeah, those dots are interesting - I really do not know (I have only used smooth before. Maybe out it upside down? I guess the only way to find out is to try it for a period of time and check your results.

It shouldn't melt under the lamp. If it does, the lamp is WAY too close to your dragon.
