Bearded dragon not eating and less active

So I posted something about this not long ago about my cousins bearded dragon and I am currently watching over HER while they are on vacation.

She is not eating at all and she is not that active overall. I shoved some food into her mouth so she could eat something and I was trying to give her a 4th piece of salad but she started making weird noises when I tried to open her mouth and her eye was rolling back slowly so I stopped and her eye was back to normal. I really don't want her to die and I just want to know why she isn't eating. I told my mom when she got home a bit ago and she told me that they said if she dies then oh well, they have the money to go to the vet but they just won't go. I don't know if it's the size of her tank and it's giving her stress and it won't cause her to eat or if she's sick. I put her into my bearded dragons tank (which is not a 20 gallon unlike hers) without him in it and she seemed more active but didn't eat. I got some water into her while she was in it though.
Here is a picture of her now vs. when I took care of her before:
Picture 1 and 3 are before picture 2 is now.

It could be that she is in a strange new world (to her) and is going through a bit of relocation stress. This is a normal reaction to strange places. It can take as long as3 days to 2 weeks to feel comfortable in the new environment.

Yeah but even when she is at her own home (my cousins house) she doesn't eat much but she is more active when they take her out to roam around.

It's more than likely her uvb and basking temps-- what kind of uvb is it a coil or tube fixture ? Basking temps how are being taken? Digital probe thermometer- how old is the dragon? Dragons will stop eating if any of this is incorrect- those things I have asked about are the most important things in the tank - if any of this is off it effects the overall health and behavior-

The light is a uvb compact which I know isn't the best but my own dragon has one and he's fine with it, he's VERY active and eats a lot. She is about 7-9 months old. The lighting is also the same as my own dragons and he is fine in it.

Please get rid of the coils-- they are inadequate your other dragon is not showing signs yet---- you need to get 2 long tube fixtures- ASAP- 24" fixtures for a 40 gallon tank- Zoo Med or a Arcadia pro T 5 w/ a 12% bulb or a sunblaster nano tech 6400 bulb- I can post websites / links but you must get those replaced- as of now your dragons are getting no uvb and it takes longer for some to show signs but your one is now showing signs and it will get worse---

Okay thank you so much for the advice, I'll try to get onto that but I have 1 problem with my bearded dragon's tank, for the screen part at the top it's 2 different panels so there is this plastic line between the 2 so I am not sure how it would work out. But also a question about the middle picture of my cousins dragon, someone told me they might be stress lines on the side of her belly and on her mouth so I would like to know from another person if those indeed are stress lines or just her changing colors in the light.

She's gonna have stress lines from improper uvb and basking temps - show me her belly please-- show me the screen on your tank - did you want the websites/ links for the uvb fixtures? Also your screen will determine where the uvb will go-

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
