Looks like a sperm plug. Is your dragon male and how old?
My dragon produces them since he started puberty at an age close to 1 year.

Yes, then for sure sperm plugs. I sometimes find them in the substrate, and sometimes my dragon also puts them on stones.

That's a good idea :) All of them are edible, btw. Golliwog has small leaves and my dragon eats it a lot. That's also nice for when I'm traveling for a few days - always access to fresh greens for my dragon.

Also potted herbs can be fed (I grow them myself). My dragon likes basil. Once the basil plant is large enough (approx. like one from the store), I just put it in my dragon's tank with the pot and it keeps until he has eaten all.)
