Oh I have to have it inside the tank? I don’t have the type of tank for that I have one where you pull off the top

Also should i keep the hood and put new ones in there all the time? does that do anything different?

Don't mind the mess. We are cleaning her tank tomorrow. We use 75 watt basking light and Exo Terra coil UVB. I've heard a lot of bad things about coil UVB and i have been keeping an eye out if anything is wrong with her eyes or anything and I don't seem to be having a problem with the UVB.

She has stress marks, though she is eating well. She isn't defensive at all, but she does glass surf and i don't know how to stop that.

I have a baby bearded dragon that i've had for a month. She is still stressed. Could be because she is not used to me. Should i put an old shirt of mine from a few years ago into her tank? It was washed a few years ago too. Would that get rid of my odor?
