well its been a long and difficult day. Jaws made it thru surgery but it was discovered the huge tumor is cancer and it was everywhere. It was a very hard decision but we had him put to sleep as there was nothing the vet could do. the tumor was intwined in his organs so.... we went and said...

I have just returned from the Vet and Jaws doesn't have constipation like I thought...They took an x ray and he has a huge tumor!!! I'm so scared for him. The vet doesn't think its cancer as the tumor is huge and there have been no issues and he is still alive. Jaws will be going in first...

still no poop....I am noticing that when he deflates it only deflates on one side the other side is still big and kinda hard. Is that something else besides constipation???? help

Sorry to hear about the amputation!! Poor baby. I have 3 dragons and 2 of them have had to have amputations - but they had to have more of the tail cut off so it was stapeled shut. They both have healed nicely and there were no complications from this. I hope all goes well for her and wish...

Help, I think my dragon is constipated. I've never had this issue before and am not sure what to do? I have been massaging and giving warm baths but its not helping. His vet is out this week and so if anyone has ideas that might help it would be appreciated.

I would love to have him as I have an adult male that has to be hand fed. He only has one working eye and will only open it occasionally. I don't have room/tank set up for another dragon though...:( Also I got all three of mine as adults so I am not very knowledgable about the babies...very...

update - heard from the vet and jason came thru the surgery fine and is awake. I can pick him up after work today... :D

2 of my dragons seem to have a hard time with the shedding of the end of the tail and all feet too..... :cry: Jason is at the vet this morning to get the end of his tail amputated.....

Wow, I was bitten once and it hurt...broke the skin. My son was bit once too and it went thru his fingernail and bled. Mind you it didn't hurt for long and didn't do too much damage. Bites were by 2 different adult dragons...I guess they don't mess around.
