    Ok thanks and most sources seem to think that it's best to mount it on the ceiling towards the back or front to create more of a light gradient so that they can get away from it a bit if they want to

    The t5 bulbs seem to be different lengths the inside height of his viv is 16" at the lowest and about 12" under his heat lamp and the width is around 47" the t5 kit I was planning on upgrading to is the arcadia t5 pro with a 12.0 bulb and built in reflector the bulb lengths are 22" or 34" which...

    Ok I might just make the switch to t5 as it seems to give a higher output of uvb compared to t8 and can be mounted at around 12" to 15" above the bearded dragon so it'll probs have a cleaner look

    My viv hasn't got a screen top it's laminated wood so I'm not to sure how to mount it the only way could mount it would be to drill holes through it to screw it to the ceiling and figure out a way to attach metal bulb clips to it because the plastic one's become brittle and snap after a few...
