I have a shiny new dragon! ....and someone was feeling very curious today and wanted out of his enclosure. First time since bringing him home 3.5 weeks ago that he's actually walked onto my hand/arm on his own. He was content hanging out with me for a while this afternoon...pretty cool :)

Attila was full of energy today checking out his new tank arrangement...so I snapped a few pics and couldn't resist the captions :) He doesn't seem to mind the attention lol despite being in a crusty "I'm shedding my skin" kind of mood.

For sure! (and me too, lol) He's been through a lot in the past 2 months...going from his original owners, to a 2nd family, and then to me. Despite his current demeanor from shedding, I've definitely been seeing his personality shining through lately :) I bet he's as anxious as I am to...

...finally staring to shed on his head (around his eyes). Looks like some beautiful citrus/orange colors coming through. Can't wait to see what he's going to look like when it's all said and done :)

We're only in our 3rd week together, and I gave him his 3rd bath this afternoon. He doesn't seem to like it all that much though; could be because his previous owners never bathed him (which I'm almost certain about)...combined with the transition to his new home here with me + shedding. LOL...
