    Aggresive female

It is best to wait until your female is 2 years before breeding her. Also, the male and female should not be housed in the same vivarium. Ideally they should live in separate vivariums and only brought together to breed, otherwise the male can harass the female.

    Bearded Dragon Platform Help! :D

It is safe as long as the bricks are not sharp and there was no way of them falling on her. It may be a good idea to use something to stick the bricks together so they don't move... not sure what you could use though. I'm sure someone else will be able to tell you whats safe.

As to not over supplement, I then dust 1/2 of the locusts they get with a mix of Repcal Calcium with D3...

Yes it may be a little hot for him. While 105-110 is great for a young dragon Adults usually like it cooler. My adults basking spots are kept between 97 and 102, I use a thermostat to keep the temps constant. Anything hotter and neither of them will not bask. Is he still pooing regularly? Do...

    Please Help!!!

Is there any way that you can post a picture? You should gently bathe him in luke warm water. It is possible that it could be a prolapse of his intestine, which can be caused if he has strained too much when going to the toilet. If this is the case then it would be a good idea to remove any...

    Building a new VIV

Beardies are solitary animals and only come together in the wild to mate. Housing them together will cause them unneccessary stress. They are hardy animals and may not always show there is a problem but one will dominate the other for the best hearting and lighting. I housed my 2 females...

    New Baby Red Bearded

Be really careful wih the size of the food you are feeding him. Make sure it is no longer than the space between his eyes or it may cause impaction. Also offer him as many appropriately I sizeded crickets as he'll eat in 10mins.

For a basking bulb it is best to use a clear/white bulb. It does not have to be a reptile brand, it is ok to use a regular household spot bulb. Can you raise the basking platform or lower the bulb to increase temps? If not try a 150w bulb first. What type of thermometer are you using to...

    New Baby Red Bearded

Can't wait to see pictures! The brand and type of UVB bulb is very important. You need to avoid any type of coil UVB bulbs as these are not safe for beardies. They can cause eye issues and MBD. The recommended bulbs are the Repti-Sun 10.0 tube bulb and Arcaida D3 12% UVB tube bulb. Keep in...
