I don't like the idea of bleaching stuff that will go in my reptile cages. Is the dish soap and hot water good enough?

So yesterday I got some rocks and bricks and also a part of an old pipe. I was wondering if the bricks and pipe would be safe too pit in my beardie's enclosure. I have cleaned them by scrubbing with cold water and dish soap and putting them in a bath full of hot water.

I have been using crushed walnut shells for a while in my bearded dragon's enclosure until I recently found out how horrible they were. So I have decided to use tile and wanted to know if this tile would be ok...
