can bearded dragons have "bad" eyes? my guy used to find and bite bugs and salad right away but now he seems to miss a few times before he actually bites the target
Ok, I'll try the shoe box thing. He was 512 grams when I took him to the vet 4 months ago at the beginning of his brumation, should he be about the same weight?
So my beardie went into brumation for about 3-4ish months and then woke up for 2ish weeks, he ate like normal but then stopped eating for 2 days and went back to sleep. Sooooo I'm wondering if this is normal or should I take home to the vet?
he may just be getting used to you and your home. one thing that may help is putting strawberry's or other tasty bright colored fruits in his bowl on white paper towel. you could also put them on or leading up to his/her basking spot (they general lick stuff around there in my experience)...
im pretty sure its a "normal" bearded dragon. if you could get a close up of the nails i could tell you if its a trans but im not sure just looking at those picks. :blob8: :blob5:
to start this off all the people that are going to comment " :angry5: THIS WILL KILL YOUR BEARDIE :angry5: " go away i dont want you opinion. but to all the people that do believe in this i have a few questions. i have read that a coconut husk, sand and dirt mix is good but is there anything...
im new to the whole beardie viv building thing and i was wondering what the best dimensions for a tank would be. i know it should be as big as possible but how high?
I would make it out of wood, I did something like this but smaller and it worked good. use something like maple because it looks good (in my opinion) and its safe for bearded dragons
not sure how many rocks/sticks you have but maybe a 3D background or a cool food dish. hot glue would work to stick everything together (for the food dish at least)
