I only use a basking bulb for his basking spot

The screen is at the top of the tank I’m not sure what brand the UVB bulb is I think it’s reptisun, he still moves but it’s usually only to get to the colder side of the tank, basking spot it between 85-110 during the day depending on if I have the air conditioner on

I moved him about 2 nights ago, the next night after I moved him I had accidentally stepped on him but he did not show a reaction he just layed there like always

Also he is 1 year or a little older

Ever since I moved him from my grandmas room to my room he had not eaten his food or barely moved he only moves to go to the cold side of the tank and stays there unless I move him back to his basking spot I take him out but he doesn’t move anywhere he just lays there I’m not sure what to do...
