ye misting is spraying them lightly with water, and the spray bottles are common :) got mine frm a local diy shop. If your struggling to find one, dip your finger in water, and allow the droplet to fall at the end of their 'snout' (dont know what else to call it) they usually try to lick it up...

I used to bath my two together, but the younger one tried to sit on the older ones back (as they do) and ended up dunking her momentarily, so you definently cant leave them un-attended. I'd bath them individually to be safe.
