Over the past week, she's layed 4 eggs, several days apart. She's also stopped eating. Finally got her to eat a little today but not very much.

3-4 year old beardie who has never been bred just began laying infertile eggs. First clutch was about 10 or so, 2 weeks later she's begun laying eggs again. She has never been with a male. Any suggestions on what is happening.

I appreciate all of the replies. A lot of good information. We'll keep you guys posted on how things go.

We're planning a raised outdoor habitat for our bearded dragons but had concerns about diseases they may be exposed to with all of the wild lizards here in South Texas. Can diseases cross species and how concerned should we be?
