    Baby Corn Snake Not Eating.

I'll start by saying that I have a ball python and not a corn snake but my suggestion would be this: Could she be stressed from a move? If you recently got her and started trying to feed her maybe she is not eating because she is still adjusting to a new environment? Has she been hunting at...

    The attack of the cat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried squirting the cats with a water bottle? I've had success with that in the past with troublesome kitties.

    Night time temperature?

The lowest temps I have seen reccomended for beardies is about 65 degrees Fahrenheit at night so I would suggest getting a creamic heater if you drop to 60. I think the wattage would depend on what size enclousre you are trying to heat. I personally don't have a ceramic heater yet so I'm sure...

    New King Snake

I haven't really been active on the board in a while but hoping to get back at it. This past Christmas my husband got me a Fl. King Snake :blob8: The snake belonged to a guy my DH worked with. I had a Ball Python and it is amazing to see the differences between the two! My husband was...

    Been away for a while

I guess it has been about a year now since I was last on this forum! I have 2 berdies, Sedona and Cercie, one is mine and one belongs to my son. Since I last posted here I also got a king snake so now I'm reptimama3! :blob8: The berdies are doing well though :D I just wanted to get back on...

    Small Ball Python

He looks about like the picture you posted. I'll see if I can get a good one of him on Monday. I don't notice anything unusual about his poop, not runny and I haven't noticed any weird specks in it. I'll check out that site for a vet, since we just moved I need to find a new one anyway. I...

    Small Ball Python

Well, he is MUCH smaller than your male for sure! I weighed him today on a triple beam balance and he came out to be around 350 grams. We'll have to see how he'll do after being switched to rats. I was wondering if the feeding could be a reason he was small.

    Small Ball Python

If he will sit still long enough I can weigh him at work :) I have equipment there. I have not noticed any of the signs you listed of stress so that is good. He is pretty active both in his enclosure and when I have him out. He tongue flicks pretty good, usually ends up getting my nose...

    Beardies and other Pets

Our three dogs pretty much ignore the dragons when they are out unless one of the dragons gets close or actually on the dogs. Then the dogs look at me like "seriously?" and move. Now, at my mom's house is a diff. story. She has 2 boxers and they have to be put up for the dragons to come out...

    Small Ball Python

It is okay, I understand that sometimes it is hard to convey true emotion through a computer :) I'll try a small rat the next time I feed him and see how he does with that and go from there. The left side is actually the warm side, it has the heating pad under it, and the other side is the...

    Hand sanitizer

Good point! This is how we get all those antibiotic resistant germs like MRSA running a muck! Soap and water will always be the best :blob5:

These are the icons I'm wondering about: I know the pic sucks but at least it is something :? When I hover over them it doesn't show me anything :(

    Beardies and other Pets

We have 3 dogs but only 1 has ever shown any interest in the dragons, she is a Blue Tick Coon Hound. At first having the dragons was like blue tick TV ! She would just sit and stare at them for hours but after about a week or so she stopped and got use to the tanks and doesn't seem to notice...
