Ok I got the light future but persmart wanted 42.00 and 39.99 for the bulb, in a 40 gallon is a 10.0 too high both say 6" from pet and I can order it for 19.99 on Amazon the 24" so last question 5.0 or 10.0 in tank 40 gallon and on top or top back side mounted.. I know everyone said 5.0 is good...

Also the 5.0 has a few different wattages which is best, I'm lost on this lol I don't want to hurt my beardy...
