    Stiff Toe?

You have a beautiful beardie with great colors. I think he will keep all of his toes. As for the iodine baths, keep doing them even if it is turning him a little yellow. Im thankful that we helped you and that he is getting fatter because he needs to grow. This morning before the light was on i...

    Whitish tail/shedding?

A beardies lifetime will be about 15 years at max, usually 12 years is usually about average. The thing you have to do enjoy the years as much as possible so when he dies, you will think of all the good moments. I had my first beardie, he died at 7 months old for no reason. The vet said she...

    Whitish tail/shedding?

Put them in a sink bowl and fill it up to a little higher than their feet can touch. Then the beard should swim around in it. This will ensure that the water gets into all the cracks in his tail. Also make the water lukewarm and he will poop. Well, not guarenteed, but most likely

Bearded dragon is in pain! Claw fell off!

With the dragon keepers post: i guess it comes to personal preferences. My beardies have been on seed since the day they were born and im going to keep it that way. To gails post: bearded dragons are very diffrent from snakes, as they eat many small crickets, whereas snakes eat little amounts of...

    Stiff Toe?

If you use maybe 3 along the whole thing it should be fine. Make sure you tug on it a little to make sure itll stay in place. P.S. you have a very good looking beardy.

    Stiff Toe?

The iodine tincture 2% usp kind would be best. Do as above with the bath time. Put him in a sink bowl when you do give him a bath. If the iodine percent is too high then it will discolor their skin.

    Bindy's losing weight :(

If she was impacted, the extra poo would mean she would gain weight, not lose it, as she has no way of expelling weight. I dont know the cause, but its probably not impaction.

    Beardie not eating, I'm concerned

Im sorrymi didnt see it was a breeder. I thoughtmit was as high as it was long. But in my expierience if yu try to show love to a beardie it works. I wasnt saying mealworms as a staple, just something to get her into the mood to eat, maybe 1 or2 and then crickets.

    Stiff Toe?

Its very normal for them to not eat, as sheds are not a fun time for them. Just do the iodine baths, put some neosporin on it, and his body will take over from there. Im not sure if it will fall off or not, we will have to wait and see. Thanks for the pics it gave me a beter idea of whats going...

    Constipated?

I dint know what wiuld make him eat more. I suggest just keep trying. If hes hungry then he will eat. If hes not, he wont eat. Phoenix worms are good for him and crickets should be staple. On second thought, try some silkworms. My beardies ALWAYS eat those things. Hope you hear nomnom noises...
