That is so true! I really think that is a big problem in our overly sanitized world. This article is a bunch of balony. I would never get rid of any of my pets "just in case". I have a 4.5 year old, a 3 year old and a 8 month old. They are learning about different animals and how to care...

Too funny! It's too bad you didn't get a pic! :lol: :mrgreen: I can't wait until my beardies are big enough to let them run around on the floor. Right now I am afraid that they will get away and that one of the cats or dogs will get them before I do.

Now I'm worried! I just got my shipment of silkies the other day and fed both of my babies some. Should I just throw out the rest? The beardies seem fine but I don't want to run any risks. They are both still pretty small (7.5" & 8.5") and I certainly don't want anything to happen to them.

I just got mine today. When my 4 yr old daughter asked what they were and I told her roaches she thought I said grouches so that is what they are now!

Are the roaches small enough to feed to babies? Mine is about 7" long. I'm not crazy about crickets but I'm not too sure about roaches :?
