Thank you I will pick some up today. He has his year check up next week with the vet, I was just really worried

After shed I noticed my bearded dragons nose was really red. This is the first time that he has shed his nose and it looks irritated. I have had him for 4 years and his nose has always looked bumped from his previous owners. I don’t know if it’s just really dry or what. Please help me!
